No. BSI records both documents as withdrawn on 21 November 2025. The course therefore teaches their content as a legacy technical framework and requires participants to verify current standards, product certification, fire-strategy requirements and AHJ expectations for each project.
Is this an accredited government or manufacturer certification?
No such accreditation should be assumed. Unless a specific certificate states otherwise and supplies supporting evidence, this is an SFC Experts professional-development and assessment program, not a government licence, manufacturer authorization or third-party accredited personnel-certification scheme.
Does passing the MCQ assessment prove practical competence?
No. The MCQ assesses knowledge. Practical competence may require scenario review, observed work, project evidence or a practical/site assessment depending on the selected pathway.
Can organizations request customized training?
Yes. Content, duration and practical demonstrations can be scoped for contractors, consultants, facilities teams and project organizations, subject to available trainers, facilities and equipment.
Can a certificate be verified online?
Certificates registered in the SFC Experts verification system can be checked using the certificate reference shown on the document. The verification result should state the program, issue information and current status.
Does training replace project-specific manufacturer instructions?
No. Approved project documents, product certification, manufacturer instructions, the fire strategy and authority requirements remain controlling for each installation.
